ABOUT THE FILM

This is the fourth and final film in Leshock’s collegiate filmmaking career. Leshock encourages everyone to watch the film whether at the premiere event or afterwards on his YouTube channel, “with every film, I try to one-up myself in a specific area of production. With my first two films, it was in the sense of professional equipment, professional talent, and public locations. With BOW, it was filming scenes in a body of water, the lake. In this last film, I really wanted to explore on-screen gore and have characters engage more physically with each other.”

Leshock looks back on the production of this film. “Julia Burack was fantastic to work with. She was always available at the drop of a hat, which made scheduling a very simple process. We even ended up scrapping the entire first 2 minutes of the film after our first attempt to redo it, which she was very accepting.” He continues, “My goal for this film was to spray some blood and really dive into the atmosphere of a Scream film. While I’m proud of our accomplishments, I think there is a lot to learn from this and explore in my upcoming projects.”
